May 11th, 2024 at Snake River Landing. Start time 8:30am
The cost is of the race is $25/person. Employers may “sponsor” employees through their donation. Promo codes will be sent those who meet requirements.

About Mental Health Matters in Eastern Idaho Schools:
Mental Health Matters in Eastern Idaho Schools is a compilation of programs, educators, facilitators, and students in the Eastern Idaho region, including suicide prevention programs, the Hope Squad, and many others. Schools in the region can download this application to apply for funds, raised through the RHS 5K Fun Run, to aid in their mission to bring awareness to mental health.
This year all funds raised through the Annual 5K Hustle for Mental Health will be donated to multiple Eastern Idaho Schools to help mental health awareness programs.

RHS Presents…
Rehabilitative Health Services hosts an annual Hustle for Mental Health 5K Fun Run every year in the month of May.
2024 will be the 9th annual race.
The RHS Hustle for Mental Health is a means for RHS to bring light to local non-profits. The Eastern Idaho region has many not for profit agencies, services, and aid facilities that need help. All money raised through the fundraiser/race are used to coordinate the race and donated to the chosen non-profit.
Previous Years…
- 2015 – $3700 raised for the Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center
- 2016 – $4500 raised for The Haven Shelter
- 2017 – $8150 raised for The Center for Hope
- 2018 – $9,350 raised for the Behavioral Health Crisis Center
- 2019 – $10,000 + for QRF Phoenix
- 2020 – No Hustle for Mental Health held due to Covid 19 shutdown
- 2021 – $10,500 raised for Soldiers of Hope
- 2022 – $7850 raised for Bikers Against Bullies USA Idaho Falls and Community Youth in Action (CYA)
- 2023 – $12,625 raised for St. Vincent de Paul Idaho Falls
