Peer & Family Support
Mental health clients who have become stable can become certified as a Peer Support Specialist or PSS.
FASI is a non-profit organizational representative payee group established in 1999 that provides payee services to recipients of Social Security benefits.
Our skilled Counselors, Psychiatric Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners offer an inter-disciplinary team treatment approach for a variety of diagnoses. Our staff has experience in a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues and in providing services for these issues. We can offer in-office and in-home treatment for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond.

Medical Clinic Services
We offer medical services for our clients as well as our community. Our medical clinic provides primary care for our clients which helps with an inter-disciplinary team approach. We provide treatment for general health issues as well as referrals out to specialists or specialty services. Some of the health issues that we treat include:

Community Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS)
and Case Management (CM)
CBRS provides practical information and direct support to help people maintain their current skills, prevent symptoms from worsening, and practice newly acquired life skills to help maintain stability. CBRS teaches, promotes and supports increased independence in thinking and behavior. The goal of CBRS is to achieve the highest level of stability and independence possible for the individual. This service is for Medicaid recipients only. Accompanying CBRS, Case Management (CM) expands on and supporting CBRS services.
In these, skills are taught to help individuals gain access to services, ensure that the member’s services continue and they maintain stability through coordinating with third parties. This includes assistance in maintaining psychiatric care, medication management, access to medical care, transportation and community supports.
