April Crandall

Grant Director / Program & Policy Development / Project Management

April is a licensed social worker, graduated from BYU with a degree in social work in 1993. April has worked for RHS beginning in February 1999 and has provided services for RHS such as PSR Groups, Case Management Services, program and policy development, statewide mental health organization representation and past president, lobbying and education for Idaho Legislature, Quality Assurance, and DHW collaboration and IDAPA rule development. Currently April contracts with RHS as Grant Director / Program and Policy Development / Project Manager in behavioral and medical services. She also contracts with multiple RHS partners; Badger Inc., Behavioral Health Crisis Center, Center for Hope Inc., BEST Inc, and the Southeast Behavioral Crisis Center in Pocatello. April serves on the Center for Hope and FASI Boards of Directors as Secretary/Treasurer for both boards. She has past experience in elderly care – memory unit development, and providing direct care services to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health disorders.
