I received my Master of Counseling degree from Idaho State University with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I am a Register Play Therapist and love to use play therapy skills in session no matter your age. I am board member for Idaho Play Therapy Association. My view of counseling is that we work together as a team and that you are the expert in your life.

During session we work on issues that are the biggest concern for you. I work hard to create an environment that is non-judgmental so that you can feel safe and understood. I also work on meeting you where you are currently at, and seek to go at a pace that you are comfortable with.  

I work with children, adolescents and adults dealing with various issues. Some of the types of treatment approaches that I use are Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Skills Systems. I also am able to provide clinical supervision for other counselors who are seeking their clinical license.
