Brett Hampton, LCSW, Therapy Supervisor

Brett Hampton earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work at Eastern Washington University in 2007. Brett has a non-judgmental, compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy that enables him to work successfully with children, teenagers and adults.

Brett is an excellent listener, and can help individuals, families, and couples in feeling comfortable with making positive changes in life. He seeks to understand and shows compassion with his clients. Brett provides therapy with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Play Therapy.

Brett addresses these common areas of therapy and more: Depression, Interpersonal Relationships, Couples therapy, Self-esteem, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), ODD Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Brett is trained as a Love-and-Logic facilitator, he helps parents gain more insight and techniques to make parenting more fun and enjoyable. Brett also works with the Idaho Lives Project as a Sources of Strength trainer to help educate people about suicide prevention.
