LPC NCC

Anna graduated from University of North Dakota in 2021 with a Masters of Community Mental Health Counseling. Anna currently works with teenagers and adults with various mental health conditions. Anna has previous experience in university mental health counseling where she helped college students of all ages with mental health and school concerns. Her view of counseling is that people are storytellers where client and counselor work as a team to understand a person’s story.

I encourage people to experiment with skills, techniques, and to explore life with curiosity and creativity. During sessions we discuss current issues and problem solve as a team. I work hard to help clients find a non-judgmental space where they can express themselves. My treatment approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy.
