Tiffany Hayner, LMSW
I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Sociology at Idaho State University in 2009. Upon graduation from ISU, I started working as a PSR/CBRS worker. In 2010, I started working in service coordination or case management along with PSR/CBRS. I fell in love with mental health and social work. In 2018, I completed my Masters of Social work at Northwest Nazarene University.
I work in collaboration with my clients, as therapy is their time to grow and enhance their lives. I use an eclectic style of therapy and pull ideas mainly from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy and person centered therapy styles. I am level one certified for Gottman method of couple’s therapy. I am GAIN certified and provide substance abuse groups as well as individual substance abuse therapy.
I have experience in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, anger, trauma, grief and substance abuse. I work with children, adolescents and adults. I can provide individual, couples or family therapy.
