I am a native of Southeastern Idaho. I have worked in the field of Social Work for 22 years. I love working with people. I decided in 2009 to go back to school to get my Master’s Degree in social work so I could do therapy. I have a passion for helping others and love doing therapy. I feel it is an honor to listen to my client’s life story and then be engaged with them in the healing process. I am certified in EMDR and use this technique with individuals that have endured trauma in their life. I am also a certified grief recovery specialist. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the therapy setting as well as the above noted techniques. I love working with adults and adolescences and seeing their lives improve.
